I'm excited for this idea to come to fruition. I think you need some accountability. When I have aimed for big changes like this, I have met with people, discussed the goals, broke it down into all of the baby steps it would take to get there, and set achievable timelines for each baby step. Step, by baby step, you will get there. Make it happen. If you want to meet up for coffee to do some planning post-holidays, I would love to give you some moral support. Hell yeah, Daryle.
